Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms of use apply to the iPhone app “Anti Brainrot: Mental Math” (the “app”), provided by Jasper Slowik, [ADDRESS] (“we”). By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your licence to use the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it; if they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails as far as the licence is concerned.

2. Free use

A daily math break, the first world and basic progression are free. We may add, change or remove free content, as long as the app remains reasonably usable.

3. Anti Brainrot Plus subscription

4. Game progression, not a health product

XP, levels, gems, streaks and quests are game mechanics. They describe your progress in the game, not your intelligence, cognitive performance or health. The app is not a medical product and makes no promise of cognitive, mental-health or other health benefits.

5. Virtual items

Gems, XP and outfits are earned in the game, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. They are stored on your device; if you delete local data or the app, they are lost.

6. Availability and your data

We work to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Your progress is stored only on your device; use the export function if you want a copy.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Statutory liability that cannot be excluded remains unaffected.

8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which you habitually reside.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, for example when features or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page. Questions: jasper.slowik@icloud.com. A German version is available at AGB.
